I have the right to reject your order for any reason.I reserve the right to cancel any commission should client be in any way rude/abusive/inappropriate towards me.Client is aware and accept that health issues can delay their commission.Client cannot trace, edit, sell my art. Client also cannot use it for NFT/blockchain, ai.Client MUST attribute AND credit me wherever you use the art. For example, in your 'Credits' panel on Twitch, tagging me on Twitter (@nillopaquo) when you post the art.GENERALI retain commercial rights to all illustrations commissioned, which will be available through my Patreon [speedpaints and tutorials] unless you pay for NDA.
I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time if problems occur. I will issue a full to partial refund depending on the amount of work that's been done. If i almost done the half of the art, you can't get a refund.Any art I've done for you cannot be used for AI. Sketches done for you are not allowed to be "finished" by other artists. Likewise, art cannot be traced, used for bases, edited or sell. Totally changing the look of the art (colors, face or anything doesn't look similar to the art i gived) counts as editing.FOR VTUBERS!!!Commercial usage must be included for VTuber's Commissions. You cannot use my art for your streaming platform IF you didn't get streaming commercial. I will warn you one time or you will be blacklisted.Don't edit my work without permission (editing the hair, outfit colors, etc.) or just gently ask me and i can make another version of your art DURING the process. It will also get you blacklisted.✦ The commissioner is free to use it for personal purposes and repost the artwork anywhere as long as credit is given. Use as social media icon, decoration, etc. Please always credit me as the creator of the piece. Don't use my art as merch unless you get the commercial rights.✦ Commissioner must respect my art style, meaning they will not ask to amend the color palette and the style of line-art. I will not copy any other artist's art style.✦ Once commercial rights have been purchased: They are bound only to the purchaser. The purchaser is free to make profits of any scale. DOES NOT INCLUDE NFTS AND AI USAGE. (even with commercial usage).PAYMENTS
Client must pay upfront at least 50% of higher commission price type (full/half body painting)
Refund is not available. The money will be used for my daily needs, family, paying the bills, food. I'm very sorry, please keep it in mind before commissioning me. If you really need to cancel the commission, i can only help in emergency and refund all. Otherwise please don't ask to get a refund AFTER the payment if there is no reason. Canceling the commission BEFORE the payment is so much better, there is no rush for payments as well.PROCESS

Delivery time can vary between 1 to 3 months AFTER the estimated start date in your order, taking into account the list of customers. If the client is not answering the updates, the commission will be paused.USE
Only personal use if commercial rights didn't purchased which means you cannot use my artwork in any streaming platforms (even pfp OR banner.), use it as merch, etc.
